PHYSICIAN BIOS
Patrick J. McKenna, M.D., F.A.C.R.O.
Dr. McKenna is from Long Island, New York. He received his BS from St. John\'s University in Jamaica, New York. He received his MD from Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine internship at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. This was followed by the completion of a two year military commitment in the Air Force as a General Medical Officer in general practice. After the Air Force he spent three years in a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Wisconsin which was followed by the completion of a radiation oncology residency at the University of Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Center in Madison Wisconsin. Dr. McKenna is board certified in radiation oncology and is a fellow in the American College of Radiation Oncology. He is currently the Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at Alegent\'s Bergan Mercy Medical Center. He and his wife, Geri, have two sons and two daughters. They also have four grandchildren.
