Nebraska Cancer Specialists is proud to announce the arrival of Dr. John M. Longo to our practice as Radiation Oncologist at the Midwest Cancer Center-Legacy location. Dr. Longo received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha. He completed his internship at Columbia University in the City of New York at Morristown Memorial Hospital in internal medicine. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in the specialty of Radiation Oncology. He developed the professional component of the St. Anthony Cancer Center in Carroll, Iowa, in conjunction with Alegent Health and St. Anthony's Regional Hospital and is excited to be coming back to Omaha to join Nebraska Cancer Specialists.

With over 24 years of experience, Dr. Longo has strived to provide the highest quality of care to his patients and their families. He is committed to providing state-of-the-art cancer treatment and compassionate care while educating and helping patients through their diagnoses and treatment.
